Apologies for the delay on your flight, this was due to the Air Traffic Control strike in France which is why you were also waiting on the runway to be able to get away as soon as travel was approved. In relation to the sandwiches we always insist that the airline carry enough for all flights and we will follow this up with them as this shouldn't happen. I hope you enjoyed your holiday overall in Tenerife. I'm sorry that you weren't given explanations in relation to the delays on the departure. On your outbound flight this was due to the late arrival of the inbound aircraft and on your return flight this was due to the strikes in France by Air Traffic Control. I'm sorry for these delays.
