Many Thanks for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the check in and seating procedure. Seats are manually allocated in advance by airport staff, in order that those booked on the same reference number can be seated together where possible. When a flight is less busy it may be possible for this to be changed on check-in, however on the date you travelled the flight was almost full. We apologise that you were given the wrong information by Swissport staff and will make sure they are refreshed on the aircraft layout. As we are a small company operating a single charter aircraft, we are afraid it's not currently possible to offer seat selection in advance of travel, for which we apologise. Should you decide to travel with us again, please advise us at the time of booking and we can place a request on the flight manifest. Unfortunately we cannot ever 100% guarantee that all requests can be granted.
