Many Thanks for your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you had a good flight with us. With regards luggage for infants, we guarantee a 10kg bag and a pushchair or pram. If there is available space on the flight, it's often possible to take a car seat too.

With regards check in at Palma we are sorry it took a while to check everyone in with a trainee operative. We will speaking to the airport about resolving this for future departures.
