Room wasn't clean as expected - hairs in the Bidet - bed sheets had tiny rips in them - headboard not clean & light switch not clean in bedroom Food was very good

Good trip except for the service from the Airline. The cabin crew were SO slow with the onboard catering - one and a half hours into the flight before they started!. Being the school holidays there...

Fantastic service direct from Jersey to Tenerife. Flights were on time, friendly staff on the plane. Check in from Tenerife back to Jersey was a little slow but apart from that excellent

Great service from fly direct !
