We’re pleased to hear that your outbound journey went smoothly, and I’ll pass on your comments regarding the on-board catering to our partners at BA CityFlyer. We can only apologise for the delay on your return journey, and for the fact that passengers were held on board for around 40 minutes while the airport organised the Immigration desk to be opened. This should not have happened, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been. We will be raising this with the relevant team at Guernsey Airport to help prevent similar issues in the future.
