Thank you for your feedback, it is nice to hear that you enjoy the stress free travel with FlyDirect down to the Costa del sol, and I am sorry to hear that you had issues at the hotel with regards to the loud music around the pool area and the restaurant being mediocre. This hotel property is situated halfway between Puerto Banus and Estepona, with Estepona town itself being a further 10kms away. Should you wish to book a future holiday with us at FlyDirect, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. Many of the team have been to the Costa del Sol and we would be happy to recommend a hotel that is nearer the town centre, bars and restaurants.

Thank you for your review, we are very sorry that you encountered delays on both legs of your journey. The outbound delay was due to Air Traffic Control restrictions, and the return flight was held whilst a minor technical issue was checked to ensure everyone’s safety, unfortunately, both were outside the airline’s control. We are already in discussions with Smartwings to improve communication between cabin crew and clients so that you are better informed in future.
