Not Fly Directs problem but one hour and thirty five minutes taking off from Jersey, the pilot said there was a problem with air traffic control delay. Delay being picked up at airport TUI transfer!

Disappointing

1.5 hour delay both ways

Thank you for sending us in your feedback, we will pass on relevant comments to our hotel partners in Tenerife and we can only apologise for the delays you encountered on both legs of your journey. The outbound delay was due to Air Traffic Control restrictions, and the return flight was briefly held on the runway while a minor technical issue was checked to ensure everyone’s safety. Unfortunately, both delays were outside the airline’s control, but we completely understand how frustrating it must have been. We do hope that despite the delays you would choose to travel with us at FlyDirect on a future occasion.
