Information not sent to Jersey airport check-in by fly direct. Distressing.

Fly direct service was a letdown as information hadn’t been sent to Jersey Airport for when I checked in. I’m a disabled person and the service I was expecting was terrible.

We are very sorry to hear about your recent experience at check-in, particularly as we understand how important assistance arrangements are. We can confirm that the wheelchair assistance request and booking information were sent in advance, and as both passengers were on the same booking this should have been recognised by the airport handling team (Swissport.) We will investigate this further with Jersey Airport to understand what may have gone wrong, and we do hope that despite this experience we may have the opportunity to welcome you on board again in the future.
