The Sol Tenerife is advertised as being in the heart of the resort’s vibrant nightlife, which many customers enjoy, although we do appreciate this may not suit everyone. For any future travel plans, we would recommend speaking with our knowledgeable team, who would be more than happy to suggest accommodation better suited to your preferences and help ensure a more relaxing stay. We were not made aware of the issues during your time away, and had we been contacted, either ourselves or our representative in Tenerife would have done everything possible to assist, including exploring a room change or alternative accommodation where available.
