After I put my previous review, I received a lovely email from Haley from flooring direct. She explained that there were restrictions during the pandemic and they only had two Porto cabins to operate from, and staffing problem because of Covid, I totally understand now why it was so difficult to get through and speak to someone.. Haley has assured me that they are now in an office and are running as normal. I have decided to use them again in the future.The girls who I’ve dealt with in customer care department , Haley and phoebe-are lovely and really helpful, I feel reassured it won’t happen again, and if I need to speak to someone it will be easier to get Throgh...My only issue now is Tuffnells, the delivery company, who as I said in my previous review were horrendous.I feel they need to find another company for delivery
