VERY POOR SERVICE

Very poor service. I ordered two items, only received one, tried phoning but all I got was music, emailed them and 5 days later still have had no reply. I still do not know if I will get my money...

I HAVE JUST EMAILED FLOORING DIRECT FOR THE THIRD TIME. THEIR ONLY RESPONSE TO THE FIRST TWO WAS TO USE SOCIAL MEDIA - I DO NOT!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH EMAIL? OR MAYBE THEY COULD ANSWER THE PHONE....CURRENTLY THEY OWE ME MONEY FOR THE GOODS WHICH WERE NEVER DELIVERED, AND WHICH I NO LONGER NEED. IF I DO NOT GET A PROPER ANSWER AND A REFUND I WILL REPORT THESE PEOPLE TO TRADING STANDARDS. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Late and damaged
