Thank you for your feedback, which we value from our clients, as it enables us to review our current processes and make improvements where necessary.

Despite being the most successful flight delay company in the UK there are a number of other companies whose fees far exceed ours. No other company has recovered as much money as us and can do it so quickly.

We are also a firm that is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and therefore it is possible that other companies that offer cheaper fees are claims management companies therefore do not offer the litigation service that we do inclusive of our fees.
