Thank you for your feedback following our successful completion of your recent flight delay claim. Our clients feedback is of the utmost importance to us and something we take seriously.

We do apologise for any confusion that may have occurred and note that the extra £100 that you are referring to is relating to court costs, interest and fixed costs including VAT as detailed in our breakdown email sent to you on 18/01/2017. In order to be successful with your claim we had to issue court proceedings and as agreed in your signed terms and conditions, should court proceedings be necessary this is something that we at FlightCompensation.com will pay upfront. If the case was unsuccessful then the cost of the court fee is an outlay that we will absorb. Had you incurred the cost of the issuing of court proceedings then this amount would be given back to you accordingly.

 Also agreed in our signed terms and conditions is that we are entitled to retain any interest and I would like to reassure you that the court costs, interest and fixed costs including VAT is not taken away from your compensation, the only amount deducted from that is the 25% + VAT and £25 per person administration fee, we cover any other costs.
