We are really pleased to hear that your African Grey is now in much better health and that we were able to settle the claim quickly for you.
You’ll appreciate that after claiming, we do need to review the premium charged on a policy at the next years renewal. In situations where we have found it necessary to increase a premium, that loading will normally be reduced over time at each additional year’s renewal.
Whilst we’re sorry that this reduction isn’t happening quite as quickly as you would like, please be assured that we will always apply the maximum reduction that our internal guidelines allow us too.
