We do everything we can to keep the premiums as low as possible, but we will take your comments on board and let the product development team know your suggestion about including a yearly pet 'MOT'. Hopefully, it'll be something they can incorporate in to the cover in the future (but it would be wrong of me to make any promises).

Excellent value and will use again if we buy a new bird.

Very considerate and helpful when our parrots died. We never had cause to have vets’ bills paid because they were never ill but paid the insured price promptly when sadly the parrots died.

Very Good Company

I have had my parrot insured with Exotic Direct for a good few years now. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the price is very good. I would highly recommend this company

We're sorry to hear that you're not happy with the administration fee charged at your last renewal. This is a standard fee charged on all of our policies and is chargeable under the terms and conditions that you originally agreed to.
