Hi,

I have spoken to our Clubhouse regarding this issue. Unfortunately, although you used the car for 2 hours as you booked, as the rental didn't correspond with the booking times you requested the vehicle was registered as 30 minutes late, resulting in the late charge.

As this is your first experience, we have credited this late fee (£36.58) as driving credit to your account.

Hello,

Thank-you for your feedback and sorry to hear that the fuel was below 1/4 tank on more than 1 occasion. We do rely on the previous member to ensure the car is returned with fuel, however if you are able to make us aware at the time of your booking, we can track the previous member and contact them regarding this.
