Terrible customer service

Spoke to a member of the customer service team who was rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing, hidden charges were also applied to my reservation.

Hi Timothy,

It appears that we had a technical issue when you made the original booking, meaning the Clubhouse had to re-book the vehicle for you which automatically adds a £1.50 charge. We have added £5.00 driving credit to your account to apologise for this charge.
