As per the stock notification during the checkout stages of our website, and also on your order confirmation, we are still awaiting stock of one of the items on your order. We will soon be expecting this to arrive in to our warehouse and we will despatch you order to you as quickly as possible following this arrival.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel our terms and conditions do not sufficiently outline that we cannot provide a free returns service at present. Our terms and conditions state that in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulation Act, upon notification in writing within seven working days following receipt of order of your wish to return your items, “we will refund the original delivery and purchase price. Please note that we will not refund the cost of returning the items to us; only original delivery charges where applicable.” We are sorry therefore for any misleading implications in this, and we will endeavour to ensure that this information is made clearer in the future.
