Unfortunately, as our couriers do not carry company phones, we are unable to adhere to this request; however Designers Guild will always try to be as accommodating to our customers’ requests as we can possibly be. We continually strive to provide a helpful and personal experience to each of our customers. In this instance, we had contacted you directly to discuss this matter, and consequently, a member of our warehouse team hand delivered your order at a time and date that was convenient to you.
