Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you have received an incorrect item from Designers Guild. We unfortunately now have no stock of the Oxford pillowcases to be able to issue your replacement, however in the unfortunate event that one of our customers receives an incorrect item, Designers Guild will always arrange for the correct item to be delivered and for the incorrect item to be collected in turn. We strive to arrange this as quickly as possible and with the minimum amount of inconvenience to our customer, by despatching for the next available working day, and for the incorrect item to be collected at the same time as the replacement delivered. As we now are unfortunately unable to send you the correct item, we will however of course arrange for the difference in prices to be refunded back onto your card without hesitation. We will notify you via email once this refund has been arranged.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry indeed for the delay to your order. We are currently liaising with our suppliers to ensure that the much loved Daisy Daisy Peony rug will be available as soon as possible. Due to these efforts, at present, we are hoping to receive stock at the middle – end March, however we are doing all we can to improve upon this date further, and ensure our customers may receive this rug with minimal delay. Should customers wish to cancel any order which is still pending, we are happy to acquiesce and refunds will be processed on the same day of notification of a wish to cancel.
