Although we cannot amend this policy, we will of course endeavour to ensure that this is made clearer in our terms and conditions both on our website, as well as in our promotional emails going forward. Thank you for your response. We are very sorry for the confusion in this matter, and had misunderstood that your second code related to a purchased gift voucher. We understand that gift vouchers are intrinsically different to discount codes, and are representative of cash; and as such should be acknowledged accordingly on our website. We are very grateful for your comments regarding this, and as a result are currently looking into this matter; at present, as you are aware, our website is unable to accept the use of two codes at any one time however we will look to now review this. We will arrange a refund for the balance of your order, and as an apology for this, will organise for a free gift to be sent to you. We will see that this is despatched from our warehouse, and will be scheduled for delivery to you on Tuesday. Once again, we apologies for this inconvenience and are grateful for your valid comments on this matter.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that we were, on this occasion, unable to fulfil your order due to missing stock. During our sale period, when we experience an extremely high volume of sales it is possible that stock may sell out before our website has time to update itself with these amended stock levels. Although this is extremely rare, we are I am afraid unable to always avoid this occurrence. We will however always endeavour to let our customers know as soon as possible if we are ever unable to fulfil an order, and will only cancel and refund if no other options are available to fulfil the order; in this instance we were no longer continuing the product once stock had been exhausted. On this occasion, we had notified you of this error the following day after your order was placed and your refund was arranged accordingly; we are very sorry that you feel this time frame was unsatisfactory.
