We have unfortunately experienced an unforeseen delay with our stock of the Taru cushion and I am very sorry that you were not notified of this, as you should have been. This delay is due to production, where we felt that the completed cushions did not wholly reflect the superior quality associated with Designers Guild, and as such, we are having the fabric for these cushions re-weaved. The Designers Guild brand is synonymous with beautifully crafted materials and products, and we would not despatch products to our customers that we felt did not comply with this. We offer our unreserved apologies for the delay, but we are confident that you will be delighted with your cushions once you receive them. A team member is currently in correspondence with you regarding your order, and when you are likely to receive these. Likewise a separate email has been sent to you today offering a discount as an apology for this delay. We are working very hard to ensure that your cushions are delivered to you as swiftly as possible.
