A further email is then sent following the despatch of the order from our warehouse, which provides a tracking number allowing our customers to live track their order via our courier’s website. We are currently investigating this matter, as although each batch of the Biella is dyed separately and therefore minor variations may be expected; we are very sorry to hear that your linens resembled a brown, rather than grey hue.
