Friendly and helpful, but I had to travel 2 town over to get the service I needed which was inconvenient.

With respect to your comment on having to travel to town to get the service you need, I have asked a member from our Customer Service team to try and contact you by phone in order for us to establish if there are alternative, more convenient ways we can provide the service you require.

With respect to your comments about offering better Savings Accounts, we do keep the range of products and interest rates constantly under review, to ensure these remain competitive for new and existing customers, and are balanced with maintaining competitive mortgage rates.
