Your order was despatched on the 6th November and delivered on the 19th November which is just within the 10 working day delivery timeframe we advise. I am sorry if this was not as fast as you would have liked. All items should have arrived in pristine condition and I truly apologise that this was not the case. I truly apologise for this inconvenience however pleased that your order is on its way to you now. Thanks for the response but the postage back to the UK will be more than the cost of the product. It would be great to have AU returns like ASOS. Despite the socks, you continue to have great products with a great range.
