I'm sorry to hear that you've not received your items yet, despite the tracking information confirming a delivery to your safe place on the 18th of June. Would you be so kind as to please check with any neighbors that they have taken the parcel for you in your stead? Once it's confirmed that the parcel is not hiding in a "safe location" around the property or with a neighbor we will be more than happy to look into some replacements for you.
