I’m sincerely very sorry for the delay to the delivery of your order! Up until now the delivery service has been timely and very reliable, however, as you’re now aware a number of our orders have been caught up and waylaid in transit recently. As a result of this incident, we have changed our delivery provider for all orders being shipped to Australia with immediate effect. The delayed orders are arriving successfully, although later than they should have done, so we would be incredibly grateful to you for allowing the additional time for the shipment to arrive before we issue you with a replacement package.

Your order should have been delivered by now so I sincerely apologise that it hasn’t arrived yet! Up until now our delivery provider for Australia has been very reliable indeed, however, as you may well know by now a number of our shipments sent recently have been caught up and waylaid in transit – again I’m sorry that your shirts are late to arrive because of this. Thank you for giving us your feedback and, as orders are still arriving, although they are late in doing so, we would be incredibly grateful if you would allow a few extra days for the order to be delivered.
