Having reviewed both purchases, it appears that when you exchanged for the narrower Slim Fit, you also opted for a narrower neck size. Our shirts are manufactured in such a way that the broader the neck size, the broader the body.
You may therefore find that the Slim Fit size 44cm collar may be the better fit, slimmer than the Classic fit you initially ordered in this neck size but broader than the size 43cm from your original order.
