Thank you for taking the time to review our service. I am very sorry to learn that you had such a poor experience with our Tower Bridge office. We aim to provide an outstanding service to Landlords and Tenants alike and I can see we have fallen short of the mark in this instance. With respect to the keys, it was made very clear by a member of the team that we could not release the 2nd set until the Right to Rent checks had been completed. We have an obligation to do this. I am very sorry for any inconvenience that this caused you. We will work closely with you to remove any excess items in the apartment that were left behind by a previous Tenant. Good afternoon, this is Chris. Thank you for taking the time to speak me on the phone.Im very sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the recent Tenancy at your apartment. It is clear that there are a number of areas where our service has fallen short, mainly surrounding our client accounting function. The vast majority of our clients enjoy a trouble free experience letting with Cluttons so it is disappointing that there were numerous lapses in this instance.
