Thank you for taking the time to review our service. I am very sorry to learn that you had such a poor experience with our Tower Bridge office. We aim to provide an outstanding service to Landlords and Tenants alike and I can see we have fallen short of the mark in this instance. With respect to the keys, it was made very clear by a member of the team that we could not release the 2nd set until the Right to Rent checks had been completed. We have an obligation to do this. I am very sorry for any inconvenience that this caused you. We will work closely with you to remove any excess items in the apartment that were left behind by a previous Tenant. It is clear that there are a number of areas where our service has fallen short, mainly surrounding our client accounting function.
