As discussed, I amvery sorry for the teething problems you have experienced and particularly the lack of cleanliness of the household appliances upon your move-in. Your property manager has arranged further cleaning of the appliances and will resolve the other issues that you have identified as quickly as possible. Once again I am truly sorry that the start of your Tenancy has been so disappointing. We will work closely with you to ensure that the management of your house is smooth going forward.
