Thank you for taking the time to review our service. My sincere apologies for the state of cleanliness at the flat on move-in. The clean was booked and managed by the previous tenant and the quality of their job was unfortunately out of our control. I passed your comments onto the previous tenant but unfortunately she could not get those cleaners to reattend. Once again I am truly sorry that the start of your Tenancy has been so disappointing. We pride ourselves on providing a first class lettings service and Im sorry that that some of your queries were not replied to in a timely manner. Many thanks, Joe
