I'm sorry you had difficulty finding the apartments...I have looked on Google Maps and the apartments are being shown on the incorrect side of the road. We will get in contact with Google Maps to get this corrected, thank you for bringing this to our attention. With regards to the TV remote control we would have been happy to either have checked or replaced it, it's a shame you were struggling using this device. We are so glad you enjoyed the welcome pack.
