It is a very nice flat. I did have trouble keeping the temperature regulated, at time it was very hot even in the winter.

Thank you for giving 4 stars for our apartment in Rathbone Place, Fitzrovia. I'm sorry that you had issues regulating the temperature in your apartment, I have checked with Guest Services and they had advised you how to use the thermostat and adjust the temperature but there seemed to be an issue reverting back to room temperature. I can only apologise if this was not addressed to your satisfaction. As you are also staying at another of our apartments in Burleigh Mansions please do let us know if there is anything further we can help you with to make your stay more comfortable.
