Thank you for your 4 star review of your apartment at Clarendon Gardens in Kew. It's good to know you found the welcome pack providing some groceries and drinks in the fridge to be beneficial. With regards to your comments concerning the communal area to receive your post as a little unsafe, the 8 apartments are occupied by like minded people and only guests can enter this building, there is usually mutual respect for only taking the relevant post. We have not had an issue where guests post has gone missing in this building. We do appreciate all feedback as it helps us to improve our service and amenities where we can.
