Unfortunately the lift went out of action over the Easter Holiday weekend and the fault didn't reach the relevant department until everyone was back at work on the Tuesday. It is always good to hear that you enjoyed your stay and how much you appreciated the welcome pack we left for you. With regards to being charged for extra bed linen this would only occur when the additional foldaway bed needs to be used as currently there is a double bed in each bedroom with linen provided. We do have a policy of charging for a foldaway bed either to provide one or the linen required as this is classed as an extra and usually is on a request basis.
