Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you experienced issues with your order on this occasion as it does sound that the system failed to offer you a smooth membership journey. I would hope we have resolved the issues you experienced, so make sure that when you come back to place your next order you log into the account that has the membership assigned to it. Once you are logged in, the relevant discounts should apply as well as the offer of the free AM/PM delivery on bulk orders. On top of your discounts, you are also eligible to a free pack of KindleFlamers 50 worth 21.99, free shipping of any orders over £25 and also a birthday reward worth £15. We’re sorry you find our membership pricey, but we would hope that once you have made use of all the elements of our membership offer, you will find it an excellent value as it is intended to be. We will pass on the feedback about the delivery issues to ensure future deliveries provide a better experience. Kind regards, The Certainly Wood Team
