While we understand your frustration, an ETA was issued via Palletline's tracking system, Contrado, and while the delivery arrived later in the day, it was still within the courier’s delivery window (up to 8pm for residential addresses). In future, as a Fire Club Member, you can choose an AM or PM delivery included as part of your Membership, which would limit the amount of time you have to wait. We also recommend contacting us on the day of your delivery so that we can assist with an ETA from our couriers.
