Looking at your order history, you typically place around two orders a year, which actually puts you in the group that sees the most value from the Fire Club. However, taking your last order as an example, if you were to order the Large Ash Crate once a year, the standard retail price is £450. During Black Friday the price was reduced to £405, and as a member you paid £364.50. That’s a saving of £85.50 on just one order. Even outside of Black Friday, your member price would have been £405, giving you a saving of £45, which already covers the cost of the membership for the year. In terms of control and renewal: • You can manage or cancel your membership at any time from your customer portal • Or, if easier, you can simply call the office and we can handle it for you • Even if you cancel the recurring renewal, you continue to keep all benefits for the remainder of the year • We also send multiple reminders leading up to renewal, so nothing ever renews without plenty of notice Of course, I completely understand that if you're only planning to order once a year going forward, the membership may feel less essential and that’s absolutely fine.
