Simon Good to speak to you to go over your points. It is fully pressure treated so longevity should not be an issue at all. I agree the strut should not have been cracked. Do check the weathershield fitting as it should not let any water in at all so that surprises me. Sorry the logstore did not quite live up to your expectations but delighted that you love the kiln dried logs Nic MD

The response to my feedback has been almost instantaneous and Certainly Wood have made every effort to rectify the problem that we experienced with our latest delivery. Indeed, the offer to resolve the problem has been both thoughtful and efficient and the explanation of the problem shows a real determination to ensure that both service and product standards are maintained . I look forward to receiving the planned new delivery that we hope to use without further problems. I will have no hesitation in recommending Certainly Wood.
