Thank you for your feedback, Janet. We are disappointed to hear you did not enjoy your walk, as the section completed is one of the most interesting on the Camino. With regards to hotel standards, we always book the best hotels available. In bigger towns and cities, there are many hotels and accommodation options but the Camino also passes very small towns where accommodation options can be limited. All hotels booked are establishments we work with regularly and are confident in their standard. We will take note of this and keep it in mind for future bookings, however.
