We used to have hotel vouchers but our new booking system doesn't require them, only the reference code for hotels. We have informed hotels along the routes but they may need some time to adjust. We hope this wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Dear Tony First of all, thank you on behalf of the team, for travelling with us. We are pleased to hear the luggage transfers went smoothly for the duration of your trip. Indeed, accommodation along the Arles Way is scarce in the most remote parts so we try to get the best available for each stage. The route doesn't get that many walkers so the hotel owners are not as used to walkers as hotels on the Spanish Camino routes. This is changing however, and the Camino French routes are constantly improving. We will pass on your comments regarding hotels to the reservations team so they can contact the owners directly. Regarding walking notes and guidebooks, we will review the notes for the Arles Way as suggested. In relation to the Northern Way, we feel the guidebook provided is the best available in the market at the moment, in English.
