Dear Anne Marie, thank you for travelling with us and for sharing your trip feedback. Our priority is always to book pilgrims in the most convenient location for our standard packages. As the Camino is a long-distance trail and of the towns and  are quite small, accommodation options can be quite limited, particularly in busy periods. However we also book the best available. We hope this helps. In relation to the walking information, the notes will take walkers from town to town, stage to stage... while the hotel information document will include accommodation location, which might be different for different bookings. We hope this helps. Please let us know if you require any additional information. 

Dear Gared, as Roncesvalles is a very small village, during busy periods we might organise accommodation nearby but it would always include a free pick up and drop off back on the trail in the morning. If that wasn't the case, could you please let us know and our Reservations team will follow up with the property directly to investigate? Kindest regards.
