Disappointed with the lack of a speedy response considering that the lives of customers was at risk from a dangerous driver. I had to ask him to pull over to protect my fellow travellers and to give him time to calm down. You spoke to me a week ago and I had hoped to receive another call back rather than a response to a feedback form I sent in weeks ago. Because of this lack of communication I regret that I have reduced my stars to bad. Customers lives were at risk and without us you don't have a business.

I am disappointed that after the conversation with Lindsey today that Brightwater management do not appreciate that my intervention saved them thousands of pounds of insurance premiums/ compensation. £50 extra for helping them is a derisive amount in the circumstances. They also need to ensure that this does reoccur

Excellent but needs a few tweaks
The tour was excellent but felt rushed. The guide was excellent. The hotel room was excellent, the food was good. The coach was seriously inadequate.

My comment about the coach being totally inadequate has not been addressed at all by Brightwater. I therefore lower my score for the tour from 4 stars to 3.

Overall very good
Excellent The guide was informative and amusing. The driver first class . The programme well balanced and interesting. The hotel was a bit worn but the staff were helpful
