Delivery on this order took a week, previous orders were a lot quicker, this might have been due to a backlog due to the bank holiday I guess. Order process is clear.

Thank you for your feedback. Standard delivery takes 5 -7 working days, so this does not include weekends or bank holidays. We always quote 5 - 7 working days for our standard delivery however over the our quieter periods we find ourselves being able to deliver within 1-2 days. Over our busy period and summer months we ask our customers to allow the full 5 - 7 working days for delivery. I hope this didn't cause too much of an inconvenience and you are happy with your order.
