Asked to return goods as not the same contents as shown online. Returns policy indicates that postage will be reimbursed, but nothing received to date!

Thank you for your feedback. I have had a look at your order and i can see that you received the Blagdon Powersafe Outdoor Twin Socket Box without the extra's it should have come with. Unfortunately this product is now obsolete and you asked to have the original item returned to you which we did. I apologise for any inconvenience caused and i have arranged for someone from our Customer Service department to contact you regarding the reimbursement of your return postage, i apologise that this has not been done sooner.

There are various different factors that can affect how well pond treatments work and we would be happy to advise any of our customers on what treatment would be best for them.
