Thank you so much for your feedback, we quite understand the impact that the missing bag would have had at the end of your holiday.
This is the first time in the 30 years that Belle France has been operating, that a clients bag has gone missing. Despite all our efforts in contacting other clients at hotel Noizay and other Loire agents to see if the bag had been taken in error, unfortunately we could not locate the bag. It was unfortunate that the bag had in fact been left in the hotel foyer and not handed over to the receptionist. The hotel had therefore not seen the bag and so had not safely stored it ready for collection by our rep, Clive.
We have been in constant communication with the hotel and I have of course spoken to them regarding compensation but unfortunately I do not have the ultimate say in their decision.
