The booking process was good, a couple of blips but when raised promptly resolved. When we were there mostly smooth, quality of accommodations mostly very good, only one transfer forgotten (!).

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you were happy with the hotels. The transfer was not forgotten. The taxi informed us that he had broken down, and that a replacement taxi was on it's way. We contacted you straightaway by phone to let you know that the taxi would be half an hour late. This was followed up by a text and email . We are sorry if you were inconvenienced by the half hour delay. Our 24/7 support service means that unforseen eventualities such as this, are quickly resolved.
