It’s important to us that our customers feel supported and treated fairly, and I regret that your recent experience did not reflect that. Upon reviewing your situation I can see that your policy with us since '23 was set to auto renew and as mentioned in the renewal, we will automatically renew your policy if we do not hear from you. As we did not hear from you, we automatically renewed same. You had then taken out another policy online imputing invalid information which allowed a discount which was not applicable. When you contacted us regarding the duplicate payment we allowed a discount on the correctly rated policy and had the invalid policy voided.
