Thank you for taking the time to respond.
We apologise for the length of time it is taking to resolve this matter. Unfortunately the Third Party Insurers, Direct Line, are not accepting fault on behalf of their Client as yet.
We are continuing to chase them for recovery of our own outlay but unfortunately it is the responsibility of your Brokers to recover your excess on your behalf.
We will keep you advised of any developments.
