I am sorry to hear that your recent experience with having your rear screen replaced via our Approved Repairer has fallen short of your expectations.

Confusing!!
Very unimpressed with the service but I think it was because they were only underwriters for the insurance. Took over a year to resolve and I had to settle for 50:50 claim as their were no witnesses...

Worst service ever
This insurance provider does not take your case serious. Looks for the easiest outcome and takes over 6 months to reply to the simplest of claims
