Axa won’t pay your claim for expenses

Unsettled claim from over 2 years ago. Due to fobbing it off to 3rd party law firm. Despite despite having fully comp cover, no dispute over liability. And expenses quotes pre approved by axa.

I thought that my policy covered me for recuperation period as i am self employed this was not honoured . I have been with Axa a long time and in that time i have NOT made any claims with them and as soon as i required a safety net while recovery AXA did not for fill its obligation

the policy was a renewal .
