Personal Injury Claim

AXA asked for medical certificate and had a brief phone conversation and then a couple of weeks later my claim was settled and was paid into my bank account.

not paid out again for damaged laptop

no point in having equipment insurance if you can't get a replacement or money to replace it after damage. Insurance will find anyway not pay you

Axa won’t pay your claim for expenses

Unsettled claim from over 2 years ago. Due to fobbing it off to 3rd party law firm. Despite despite having fully comp cover, no dispute over liability. And expenses quotes pre approved by axa.
